New accounts receive 5 signup credits once, not every month. Use them for image and video generation while your balance covers the output cost. No credit card is required to sign up. Subscribe to Plus or Pro to receive monthly credits or buy top-ups.

Architectural renders and interior or exterior images use 1 credit per image. Floor-plan outputs have separate costs depending on the view you choose.

The floor-plan editor creates a cutaway or top view for 1 credit per image. A specialized whole-plan aerial view costs 10 credits, and an isometric dollhouse view costs 2 credits. Room renders cost 1 credit per angle, so three angles cost 3 credits. A four-image day-cycle set costs 4 credits. Uploading and parsing a floor plan does not use credits.

Image-to-video clips use 1 credit per second. A 4-second clip costs 4 credits, and a 6-second clip costs 6 credits. The app shows the cost before you generate.

Manage your plan in billing settings; changes are prorated. After a paid mid-cycle upgrade, we add only the increase in your monthly allowance, not a second full refill. A downgrade takes effect right away: your remaining monthly credits for the billing month become the new plan's allowance minus the monthly credits you've already used, never below zero. Top-up credits are not affected. Existing legacy subscribers keep their original price and allowance until they choose to change plans.

Use monthly credits for architectural renders, interior and exterior design, floor-plan visualizations and image-to-video clips. The app shows the credit cost before you generate.

No. Uploading source photos, sketches, floor plans or model screenshots does not use credits. Credits are used when Propviz creates the final images or videos.

Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Signup and purchased top-up credits do not expire. Available monthly credits are used first.

Credits are deducted after an output is generated and saved. A generation that fails before that point does not consume credits. For multi-image requests, each completed image is charged separately, even if a later image fails.

Top-up credits are available to active paid subscribers, so teams can handle busier project periods without changing plans.

Free-plan image downloads include a Propviz watermark. Paid-plan image downloads are watermark-free. Video downloads are not watermarked on all plans.

Cancel renewal in your billing settings. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period. Monthly credits expire at the end of that period; unused signup and top-up credits remain in your balance. You need an active paid subscription to buy more top-ups.
